PloneSaurus
A generic product supporting taxonomic glossaries (alias: thesauri), in perspective: ontologies. For Plone 2.1 -> Plone 3
Supports creation, management and use of taxonomic glossaries.
Relationships:
- ISA relationship
- generic related-to relationship (currently not used in reasoning)
- other application-specific relationships
Features:
- lexical variants of the term labeling a concept
- handling of multiple concept definitions
- very limited use of Ajax (local manipulation of the taxonomy tree view)
The product includes a consensus system for
- ranking, adding, removing concepts and concept definitions
- restructuring the taxonomy (moving concepts and concept sub-trees).
